Dazzle Camouflage November 3-December 2, 2012 Opening Reception on Saturday, November 3, 2012 6-9pm Between November 7, 2010 and November 6, 2011 artist Wylie Sofia Garcia embarked on a year long project titled The Dress That Makes The Woman.  The Premise: One Year. Twelve Dresses.  One Woman.
